We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. Your role will involve building relationships with clients and candidates, utilizing various recruitment strategies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Find My Staff was established in 2021, since then we have branched out to many sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Hospitality, Events and Security - we now supply many companies nationwide.
Our working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, this is a 360 consultant wage with no threshold and consultants are rewarded for hard work with 20% commission - this is highly competitive!
Your responsibilities will be:
- Completing new sales through phone calls/ meetings and emails.
- Conducting thorough job analysis to understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients
- Conducting reference checks and background screenings as required
- Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Building strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
You will need prior experience within B2B sales and be confident in speaking with/ meeting with new clients.
Salary from £26000-£28000PA depending on experience
