Find My Staff Ltd are recruiting a restaurant manager for our insta-famous fast food based client in the city of Westminster.
You will be working on a rota pattern, the restaurant is open for breakfast from 10am and closes around midnight - this will include working some mornings, days, weekdays and weekends so must be fully flexible in regards to this.
Your duties will include:
- Creating staff rotas
- Keeping track of KPI's
- Ordering food/ products for restaurant
- Keeping track and changing prices for dishes
- Training and motivating staff members
- Ensuring the restaurant complies with licensing, food hygiene, and health and safety rules
- Ensuring customers have a fantastic experience
This is a position that will become permanent after 6 months, for the first 6 months you will be paid on a weekly basis of £16.34ph.
